NEW YORK, October 20, 2020 – PresenceLearning, the leading provider of live online special education related services for K-12 schools, has added two new members to its leadership team. The company’s new Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel provide additional expertise as the company continues to expand its products and services to support the growing needs of school districts nationwide.

During this year alone, PresenceLearning has expanded its behavioral and mental health services to the general education population to help schools support the growing mental health needs of students, formed new partnerships with some of the country’s largest school districts, and, for the first time ever, opened up access to its proprietary teletherapy platform and clinical expertise to teach school-based clinicians how to effectively deliver services remotely to students at home.

“With these two key hires we are adding essential talent to our leadership team at a time of unprecedented growth, and reinforcing our commitment to diversify our representation at all levels of the company,” said PresenceLearning CEO Kate Eberle Walker.

CRO Brian Culbreth brings to PresenceLearning more than 20 years of experience as a school partnership leader in the K-12 industry. He was previously the Vice President of K-12 Programs at The Princeton Review where he led a diverse team in the fight for equity and access by providing college admissions programming across the country. He also led one of the largest revenue producing teams at Sylvan Learning Centers.

General Counsel Brian Stephen is an accomplished lawyer with more than 20 years of experience providing advice and counsel to public and private companies and individuals across a range of industries. Prior to joining PresenceLearning, Stephen was an in-house attorney with a private equity firm where he managed the legal affairs of businesses across diverse industries. These executives join PresenceLearning’s highly accomplished leadership team which includes CEO Kate Eberle Walker, CFO Anthony Pane, COO Cecilia Retelle Zywicki, CTO Russ Greenspan, VP of Product Cole Dudley, VP of People Shanelle Reese, and VP of Marketing and Communications Laura Sullivan.
