About the “Success for Every Learner” webinar series

At-risk students are labeled as problems as young as kindergarten and first grade. Is there more educators can do to help the most vulnerable student population? Dr. Frances Stetson, a leading special education and inclusion specialist, kicks off the series with her webinar on how to reduce the inappropriate identification of minority students for special education services. Dr. Ed Dunkelblau, one of the originators of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) movement, will talk about how improving social emotional skills can help at-risk students achieve. Lastly, Dr. Ross Greene, a best-selling author, speaker and psychologist who originated the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) approach for students with serious challenges, will wrap up the series with his webinar on how his CPS approach can help reduce disciplinary issues for students with special needs.
