All personally identifiable student data will be stored, processed, and maintained in a secure location. PresenceLearning has taken numerous steps reasonably designed to safeguard Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from unlawful and unauthorized access, use, modification, processing, disclosure, or destruction, including security and privacy training for PresenceLearning employees on compliance with FERPA, the HIPAA Security Rule, the HIPAA Privacy rule, and the HITECH Act.
