Executive Assistant - PresenceLearning

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, exceptionally talented EA who is energized by the challenge of dramatic company growth. Through the first 5 years of the company, we have built an amazing company culture, but there is still plenty of room to improve.  As EA, you will help drive that improvement, managing all the big and little things that go into making our company an inspiring place to work.  Your responsibilities will range from planning our national meeting to setting up our new office to planning travel for executives.  No two days will be the same, and there will never be a boring moment in this job.  You will report to our Head of People Operations, but you will be working closely with the founders and other senior leaders on a daily basis.  Top candidates will be able to contribute to conversations about the big picture, but also be fanatical about the details.
