The role of the Provider Development Representative (PDR) is a critical role at PresenceLearning. You will be expected to have informative conversations with speech therapists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), special education teachers, behavior interventionists, mental health professionals, etc. throughout the U.S. about providing online therapy services to students throughout the US utilizing the PresenceLearning therapy platform.
Position is at our San Francisco Headquarters
The Provider Development Representative (PDR) will introduce our online delivery model to prospective clinicians who come from marketing campaigns and from inbound applications. The role of the PDR is to educate prospective providers on our program, discuss necessary clinical requirements and articulate telepractice. Additionally, the PDR is responsible for conducting the recruiting, initial screening, assessment of overall fit and the requirements needed to provide services through the PresenceLearning online platform.
Skills and Experience
The Provider Development Representative should be very comfortable speaking on the phone to clinical prospects about working with PresenceLearning and the program. It is critical to ask the qualifying questions to ensure the therapist is very qualified to provide online therapy, they are licensed in a respective state and that they have school-based experience. The PDR will need to communicate the program effectively and be comfortable with answering all necessary questions with passion. A high level of organization is required as all leads and applicants need to be properly tracked in our database. A high-level of coordination with multiple departments within PresenceLearning is expected.
